With all the fuss over Redrock Micro and Zacuto’s prototype EVFs it was very exciting to see there’s another player in the game. Seculine / Cineroid are a Korean company that appear to make all sorts of photography and video related wizadry. They had a very small presence at Photokina but I am informed by Dan Chung that this is in no way a reflection of their size. Both the EVF and the LED light seemed to be well thought out products and the price point is competitive.
Unfortunately we only stumbled across their stand as the show was closing and we were being ushered towards the door, so hence my review is a little light on the details. However, they have assured us we will be getting our hands on one of their EVFs very soon for a full review, so keep posted.
